We are located in the Morgantown community, a safe and family/pet friendly neighborhood of gorgeous homes by the beach. There is a beach access point for the neighborhood just a 3 minute walk from the home. The neighborhood also offers these fun amenities:

-The driveway of the home can fit up to 5 vehicles
– We provide a golf cart for you to use at your leisure while you are here. It’s electric, so no worries about gas!
-If you want a good breeze and a a little bit of exercise, take our 2 bikes for a ride through the community!
Other Details
We allow up to 2 dogs at the home during your stay. We have a flat rate $250 fee for dogs (1 or 2).
We also provide a safety gate on the back porch to ensure no pups are taking off throughout the neighborhood while you are sipping your morning coffee on the porch!
